STILL STRIPPING DOWN
Today i managed to remove the exhaust after quite some time. Still working towards removing the engine however the lower rear mounting bolt is seized solid.
Also recovered the seat with an after market cover.
Have you tried putting a jack under the engine to lift the weight a tiny bit of the seized mounting then getting a fine flamed blow torch on it for 30 seconds to warm it up a little... Works sometimes. Good read so far fella keep it up.
Unfortunately I don't have a jack or blow torch. I have a simple tool kit and my paddock stands. I have moved away from my folks where I had every tool I could want. It's now time for me to start on my own and build up my collection.

I remember what that was like befor I built my kit up. Maybe blocks of wood under the engine.. Just enough to lift it but not much to take the weight and the cheapest blow torch you can find. You will I started fixing mine up and modifying it a years ago and although it's on the road and running it's a slow process due to money. You've done a lot already.
